With NPWR-DP you can create a high performance RAID / Linux ServerNPWR-DP is the first NPWR Family member to offer Dual high performance 733 MHz 80200 XScale CPUs. The NPWR-DP can handle any computationally intensive task without a loss in server performance. The shared memory architecture of the NPWR-DP allows for simulataneous Linux OS on both CPU or a mixture of Linux and another Real Time OS. The NPWR-DP's I/O suite includes Dual Gigabit Ethernet Ports, 4-8 1.5 Gbs Serial ATA ports, and a Mini PCI (32 bit / 66 Mhz) slot. The NPWR-DP can support directly support NAS, SAN, iSCSI, Web Server, an Embedded Linux server applications. As with all NPWR family members the NPWR-DP's compact 5" by 8" footprint and low power consumption (20W) allow it to be embedded in the tightest of places. The NPWR Distribution CD-ROM contains all sources and several applications to allow you to implement a rich server environment now, including Apache, Samba, Neta Talk and iSCSI drivers. |
